adopted

People often ask me if I ever get sad when I sell a work of art. While there’s certainly a part of me that will miss having that specific robot around, their absence drives me to make something new. But the real reason I like to have these robots leave the nest is to think of them all in their own little environment, enriching people’s lives by reminding them to stay curious and positive and hopeful. I love to imagine them living on forever, passed along to others.

Here’s a compilation of all the robots I’ve made that have ventured off from home. If you are interested in getting a robot of your own or for a loved one, please visit my available works page.
