Jett c352

Twenty-six bicycle parts, two lag bolts, drill chuck, socket head, machine part, two wing nuts, four machine screws, flange, bubble wand, two washers, copper, bronze.

4 lbs., 3 oz.
16.5 x 11 x 5″

Jett was custom made-to-order with client picked parts. The drill chuck that is now her head can be used to grasp interesting headgear such as a birthday candle or small flower. Her shoes have moving pawls that can be fiddled with. The bubble wand emblem was a challenge to weld to the thick steel hub torso but I’m happy with the results.

Last known whereabouts: Somerville, Massachusetts.
