Mo a252

copper tube, 35 bolts, bicycle parts, hardware, bronze, enamel

Mo was a challenge. Welding the thin steel bolts to the soft, heat-sucking copper thirty-five times in-a-row took practice, patience, trail and error–even a bit of finish work: a practice I may re-explore with future pieces.

I’m really psyched how she came out, and I’m glad I decided to go all out and give Mo theĀ fire-red racing stripes to add some real punch.
