I’ve been plying around with a serger. I got some XL sized thermals, and tailored them. Inspired by Hapto.
I’m shooting for sci-fi military, with practicality and repeatability. I’m having a lot of luck with army surplus and standard-issue thermal stuff, then modifying it to give it flair. Each shirt will be a little different. I plan on utilizing Stiotch, my trusty embroidery machine.
